"1987:" At the Turner HQ, Ted Turner hears about Pan-Global dumping sludge into the Atlantic Ocean, which enrages Turner so much that he dresses up as Captain Planet and goes about the streets on a lunatic crusade against injustice shouting "Captain Planet!" He kicks down a man who discards a cup into a regular bin instead of recycling it, before ziplining to Pan-Global HQ, where executives are already planning on dumping more sludge into the Grand Canyon. Ted holds one of them out of the window to force him into signing a document that they'll stop dumping sludge. He then drops the guy anyway, who falls into a recycling dumpster. He then ends the skit with a PSA-like announcement that he will kill you if don't protect the environment.
The next segment called "Best Robot Chicken Ever," has Hal Sparks proclaim the biggest catchphrase of the new millennium will be shouting "Captain Planet!" before doing something lurid, like kicking people in the testicles, like Hal Sparks and his friends do.

"Never Forget:" Dexter attempts to get into the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After being rejected for not having an extra curriculum, He shrinks the MTT building and puts it into a bottle. Dee Dee barges in and tells Dexter she got accepted into Harvard and Yale because she was so well rounded. Dexter leaves with the shrink ray, possibly about to shrink the other two colleges as well.
"May Cause Internal Diarrhea": Dexter brings his robot mother to the market but suddenly the buyers goes off label.
"Yancy the Yo-Yo-Boy:" In "Fred Flintstone's Brake Pads", a gory accident leaves Fred wondering if he needs to call a doctor or a mechanic.
"Big Trouble in Little Clerks 2:" in "It's a Living", a stork is used for Fred's Lasik surgery. The stork says it isn't as bad as it's last job. which was giving abortions to unwed teens.
"Casablankman II:" In the skit "The Great Gazoo", Fred thinks the Great Gazoo is a god and attempts to sacrifice a naked Wilma and kills Dino as an offering while Barney attempts to sacrifice Bamm-Bamm. Gazoo tells them he is not a god and it ends in him being beat up by Fred and Barney for being too weak.
"Up, Up and Buffet:" In "Flintstone Colonoscopy," Fred receives a colonoscopy by getting a bird shoved up his rear end. The bird wishes he never dropped out of college.
"Triple Hot Dog Sandwich on Wheat:" In "Cartoon Smokers," Fred is a victim of cartoon smoking due to a certain commercial in the 60s and has to speak through a special machine.
"May Cause an Indecision....or Not:" In "A Very Flintstone Christmas," the Great Gazoo comes by and informs Fred that they're celebrating Christmas even though Jesus won't be born for another ten thousand years, ripping a hole in the space time continuum. It's also revealed that Mr. Maceyrock is Satan.
Barney ends his own life in "Easter Basket."

"1987:" At the end of the Chutes & Ladders trailer starring Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson (a parody of their Starsky & Hutch remake), the narrator lists a bunch of other films that should star Stiller, including one called The Great Ape Race.
"I'm Trapped:" in the segment, "Hear the G," Grape Ape is dead with police officers surrounding his body, once they checked his ID, they realize he was saying Grape Ape and they didn't hear the "G" in his name which is why they shot him.
"S&M Present:" To avenge the deaths of his bandmates in NSNYC at the hands of the Yakuza, Joey "The Fat One" Fatone enters a Yakuza tournament, with his first challenger being Hong Kong, voiced by Green. Hong Kong is an exceptional fighter, but is killed after Joey distracts Hong Kong with a ball.
"Things Look Bad for the Streepster:" In "JJ's Summer Vacation", when Jabberjaw starts sounding flat in the gang's performance, the Neptunes suggest that Jabberjaw should go on a vacation to relax. Although Jabberjaw assumes the gang is using it as an excuse to replace him, he obliges and ventures into the sea. After encountering a not so friendly shark and a "go go dancer" (which is a diver in a cage), Jabberjaw runs into the cast of the film Jaws, accidentally giving one of the cast a "Shark BJ" trying to get on the boat. He is then killed the same way the shark is killed in Jaws, having a helium tank blown up in his face. The Neptunes are worried about Jabberjaw but are happy with their new drummer; the not so friendly shark Jabberjaw ran into earlier.
"The Ramblings of Maurice:" In the segment "Jetson!", Mr. Spacely asks George Jetson if he finished his report for a meeting. However when George opens his suitcase, his spaceship pops out, crushing everyone in the boardroom except Mr Spacely, who yells "JETSON!"
"Robot Fight Accident": In "Aliens Meet The Jetsons", Elroy brings home an alien egg, which immediately causes chaos.

"Ban on the Fun:" The "Laff-a-Munich" segment that parodies the Laff-a-Lympics cartoon and the 1972 Munich massacres. The Really Rottens plan a full-on massacre on the Yogi Yahooeys, by taking members of the team hostage and murdering them. This caused the Scooby Doobies to hunt down the Rottens individually and murder them. This skit plays off the joke of some HB cartoons spoofing shows or movies outside of the company itself.

"Celebrity Rocket:" During a three-second channel flip, Professor Utonium (voiced by Abe Benrubi), who's spiraled on the floor of his lab, comments to the Powerpuff Girls, "All thanks to stem cell research," with the girls (voiced by Green) either cheekily or sinisterly replying, "Uh huh."
"I Love Her:" in the segment "Perfect Little Girls Who Flip The F&%$ Out", while creating the Powerpuff Girls, Professor Utonium adds cocaine to the recipe, causing the girls to go crazy and ravage the town.
"Link's Sausages:" During the segment "Grown Up Halloween" two people can be seen dressed as Blossom and Buttercup.
"May Cause a Squeakquel:" Mojo Jojo is thrown into jail when the Powerpuff Girls realize that the town's judicial system is unfair and doesn't rehabilitate its criminals, so they break into the mayor's office and beat him up.

"Operation Rich in Spirit:" In the last skit, "A Scooby Friday," Mystery Inc. goes sleuthing at Camp Crystal Lake where they all get killed by Jason Voorhies, except for Velma, as she is a virgin. Jason Voorhies, who's really an old man, rectifies this by sleeping with Velma. The voices of Mystery Inc. are provided by those who starred in the first twolive-action movies, except for Dave Coulier as Scooby.
"Help Me:" During "Cultivated Relationships", Seth McFarlane triggers a Family Guy-style cutaway gag when he says, "I haven't heard of a worse idea since Hanna-Barbera released Scooby-Jew." A scene plays of Shaggy offering Scooby a Scooby Snack, to which the latter claims he should get two since he is going into a dungeon.
"Malcolm X: Fully Loaded:" Zune Man breaks the CD on CD's chest, responding with a mocking, "Ruh-roh."
"Punctured Jugular:" During the segment "Mystery Not Incorporated," Velma is hospitalized and the gang replaces her with Lisbeth Salander from the book The Girl With The Dragon Tatto. It goes as badly as expected.
"Cheese Puff Mountain:" In the segment "Abandoned Places", Mystery Inc just finished investigating an abandoned shipping facility. Velma lists where they could investigate, with everything listed being abandoned. Daphne sadly says, "The economy isn't getting better is it." The skit references the theory that the original Scooby-Doo series took place during an economic depression.
"Scoot to the Gute:" During "The New Mystery Incorporated," the gang reads letters from each other explaining how they really feel about each other, with dangerous results.
"Jew #1 Opens a Treasure Chest:" In the segment "Man Plans, God Laughs", a masked villain realizes that his plan to disguise himself as a monster is a bad idea and decides to burn down his property, unaware that the Mystery Inc. gang went inside the house. He was only able to save Scooby, and four years later, he asks a stranger if God will ever forgive him for what he has done. The stranger turns out to be Scooby, who drowns him in the hot tub.
"Snoopy Camino Lindo in: Quick and Dirty Squirrel Shot:" In "Scooby Saves a Life", Scooby sniffs a tumor in Velma's chest, saving her from getting breast cancer.
"May Cause the Need for Speed:" In "Velma's New Benefit," after getting left to be murder bait again, Velma discovers a way to capture the villains: By sleeping with them. This causes Mystery Inc. to lose customers and ratings. Grey DeLisle reprises her role as Daphne in this segment.
"May Cause an Excess of Ham": In one segment, Fred and Daphne try to come up with their own catchphrases, although theirs are completely out of tune compared to those of the rest of the gang.

"Snoopy Camino Lindo in: Quick and Dirty Squirrel Shot:" When Liv threatens to dial 911 when Trevor Trimbo doesn't back off of her and her sister, Maddie, he announces "Exit stage, left."
"Suck It:" At the beginning of the episode, in the segment appropriately called "Previously on Robot Chicken," Adult Swim president Mike Lazzo summons Peter Griffin, Space Ghost (voiced by George Lowe), and Master Shake as a council of judges to decide on Seth Green, Robot Chicken, and Mad Scientist's future in a parody of General Zod and his disciples being banished to the Phantom Zone in the Superman movies. Their verdict is guilty.
"The Deep End:" In a parody of MTV's The Real World, Gleek appears in the "Real World: Metropolis" segment, where Batman finds him electrocuting Robin through his nipples.
"S&M Present:" Joey Fatone's final opponent in "The Fat One" segment is Britney Spears, who says "ineck chock" to grow in size like Apache Chief. It also allows her to grow more powerful by absorbing Christina Aguilera, Avril Lavigne, Jessica Simpson, and Ashley Simpson, although this is something Apache Chief can't do himself.
"Kiddie Pool:" In "The Incredible Adventures of the Olsen Twins," Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen are called on by "the Chief" to save the city from a dragon, to which they then spoof the Wonder Twins by crying, "Olsen twin powers activate!" Ashley turns into an eagle and Mary Kate into a bucket of water, respectively. Gleek also pops up in time to grab the Mary Kate bucket and to be picked up by Ashley. When the trio makes it to the dragon, Gleek hits the dragon with the Mary Kate bucket. The Dragon shoots fire back at them, so they land, and Gleek trips the dragon with a banana peel, but it backfires when the dragon slips right on top of Gleek and kills him.
"Toy Meets Girl", which was produced after, but aired before, has clips from "The Incredible Adventures of the Olsen Twins."
Robot Chicken DC Comics Special: The intro is a parody of the Challenge of the Super Friends intro. Segments include the Hall of Justice, the Legion of Doom, and the Hall of Doom.

"Hermie Nursery in: Seafood Sensation:" A woman wants the Super Friends to help her cat out of a tree, but the Super Friends-like narrator announces that she will get the League of Predatory Men, instead. Their base is inspired by the Hall of Justice.

"President Evil:" During the trailer for "Ram Boo Boo," Yogi is seen killing park residents who don't give up their picnic baskets. After Yogi is killed by police, Boo Boo avenges his death by dressing up as Rambo and shoots at the screen as the title card appears.
"Fight Club Paradise:" In a live-action 2-D animated hybrid skit, Yogi takes on a parody of the Power Rangers led by Ranger Smith. It turns out to be a pitch from an executive trying to bring Yogi Bear to Japan. All the Japanese execs drop their swords and leave.
"Ants on a Hamburger:" The Grizzly Man was inspired by Yogi Bear cartoons to put clothes on bears, even dressing two bears as Yogi and Boo Boo. At the end of the skit, all three of the bears maul Grizzly Man.
"Fridge Smell:" Two kids and their grandpa imagine an army Ranger, a Texas Ranger, the Lone Ranger, Ranger Rick, and Ranger Smith in a death battle. In every scenario, Ranger Smith poops his pants and dies.
"Hermie Nursery in: Seafood Sensation:" A news report tells us that Yogi snuck into someone's backyard, stole a picnic basket from someone and got stuck up a tree before being safely relocated back to Jellystone Park. However, the footage shows Ranger Smith shooting down Yogi from the tree and Yogi accidentally asphyxiating himself when his tie gets caught in the tree. Ranger Smith takes off his hat in respect as a police officer eats a sandwich Yogi left behind.
