Mr. Twiddle is a zookeeper who stars in the Wally Gator animated television shorts, which came as part of The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series. His voice was originated by Don Messick.
Character description
Mr. Twiddle is a short human male with black hair and a toothbrush mustache. His outfit is a burgundy suit with a color-matching cap, dress shoes and black bow tie.
Twiddle is a zookeeper and a foil to Wally Gator. He is a stern figure who keeps a close watch on the sneaky reptile, who sometimes escapes the zoo to wander off into the outside world.

In the Harvey Birdman episode "SPF," Mr. Twiddle (referred to in this series as Harry Twiddle) was sued by Ding-a-Ling for using his name on a porn website. Harvey brought before the court a number of others whose names had been hijacked for Twiddle's sites, including: Hi-Riser, Big Duke & Bigger Duke Dalton, Kwicky Koala, Shnooker, the Magic Rabbit, Fluid-Man, Dirty Dawg, Mother Lode, and Galtar's Golden Lance.
Wacky Reboot
In the episode "The Wacky Always Races Twice," he played the role of one of the "Low Lives" that Penelope Pitstop had to avoid.
