"Puddle Hopper" is the twenty-fifth episode of Wally Gator season one, and came as part of The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series. It aired on February 18, 1963 in syndication. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

Mr. Twiddle gets a new scooter to avoid having to worn himself out walking around the zoo everyday, however, things get out of hand when Wally decides to take it out for a spin.
