"Carpet Bragger" is the twenty-sixth episode of Wally Gator season two, and the fifty-second and final overall, which came as part of The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series. It aired on August 26, 1963 in syndication. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

A smooth-talking alligator named Colonel Zachary Gator throws Wally out of the zoo so that he can take Wally's place.
