"Safe at Home" is the eighth episode of Wally Gator season two, and the thirty-fourth overall, which came as part of The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series. It aired on April 22, 1963 in syndication. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

Wally joins a baseball team called the Florida Alligators, due to his incredible pitching arm.
