"Swamp Fever" is the third episode of Wally Gator season one, and came as part of The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series. It aired on September 17, 1962 in syndication. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

After seeing Wally all alone, Twiddle decides to get another alligator from the Everglades, but Wally hitchhikes on Twiddle's van on the way there and has to put up with a stronger alligator who has a dislike for trespassers.
