"Bachelor Buttons" is the twelfth episode of Wally Gator season one, and came as part of The Hanna-Barbera New Cartoon Series. It aired on November 19, 1962 in syndication. It was produced and directed by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera, the founders of Hanna-Barbera.

To keep him from escaping from the zoo, Mr. Twiddle gets Wally a wife, however, the female alligator turns out to be too tough and hard on Wally.
