LaMarche is known for several distinct roles in his career, with The Brain from Animaniacs and its spin-off, Pinky and the Brain, right at the top. His other popular roles include Egon Spengler on The Real Ghostbusters, Dizzy Devil on Tiny Toon Adventures, Yosemite Sam on several Looney Tunes-related series, Kif on Futurama, Lt. Gadget on Gadget and the Gadgetinis, Chief Burns on Transformers: Rescue Bots, and Grumpy on The 7D.
He also has the notable distinction of being the first actor to play Inspector Gadget as a live-action character (before Matthew Broderick) on The Super Mario Bros. Super Show.
