  • Max lists this as a season three episode.
  • The episode title is a play on "Augmented reality."
  • The opening intro gag is of Dick ordering Muttley to jump on a plank which knocks over one of the buildings into the others.
  • Peter talks about not taking poison apples from scary, sad old witches going through a midlife crisis is a reference to the 1937 Disney film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
  • All the time that Daddy talks about how Augie comes from him, it does raise the question of who exactly is Augie's mother.
