Touché Turtle is an anthropomorphic turtle and the title character in the Touché Turtle and Dum Dum shorts. His voice was originated by Bill Thompson.

Character description

Touché is a green turtle wearing a white musketeer hat with a magenta-colored plumage. He carries a fencing foil with a bent tip. The insides of his shell also carry a small emergency telephone, which would ring at the most inconvenient moments.

Touché is a brave and noble leader in his own right, but is not entirely competent as he is prone to face any accidents. He immediately takes on missions with his simple-minded follower, Dum Dum, and is clearly the smarter of the two.
