• There are ads for Post's Cocoa Pebbles with Cocoasaurus Sprinkles, Quaker Oats' Cap'n Crunch Crunch Berries Bars, Major League Baseball trading cards, Denny's 3-D cards, Tang, Mars' M&M's Minis, NFL clothing, Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme, Brach's Batman & Robin Fruit Snacks (based on the film Batman & Robin), Frito Lay's Chee-tos Crunch Nachos (with a maze game), and Post cereals carrying 3-D noggle-goggles.

• This comic places Pebbles Pet Shop in New York, right down the road from Hoagy's Alley.
• Spook is missing from Top Cat's gang. His absence could be explained by him happening to be behind the telephone poll.
• Officer Dibble has a balding spot underneath his hat, even though he is shown to have a full set of black hair a few times in the Top Cat TV series.
• Colonel Fuzzby's name is spelt Colonel Fusby.
• Breezly and Sneezly's name are spelt Breezely and Sneezely, respectively.
