Waldo died on June 12, 2016 from a brain tumor at the age of 97.

  • During the production of Jetsons: The Movie, Waldo's voice was replaced by pop artist Tiffany (singer), in the hopes that her name would generate more interest in the film. Despite this change, some of Waldo's performance remains in the finished movie, likely a mistake.
