Release

Dates are in order of release:

  • United States: October 1, 1961 in syndication

Behind the scenes

  • This is the only episode of the Yogi Bear segments to have a half-hour runtime.
  • It is also the first episode in which characters from other Hanna-Barbera cartoons join together in a crossover, not counting the bridging segments of their respective series.
  • Huckleberry quickly dresses up as Mitch Miller of "Sing Along With Mitch" fame.

Errors

  • Ding-a-Ling disappears after being introduced with Hokey and is replaced with Baba, whom of which, has not been introduced before then.
  • Although Pixie and Dixie were the ones holding the cards with the lyrics, they appear on the couch at the very end, as if they've never moved.
