Robin is the alter ego of Dick Grayson, is a teenage superhero, acting as the sidekick to Batman, and one of the main characters of the Super Friends franchise, although he first appeared as a guest in The New Scooby-Doo Movies episode "The Dynamic Scooby-Doo Affair." His voice was originated by Casey Kasem. There was also a live-action version played by Burt Ward in the two-part special, Legends of the Superheroes.

In modern crossovers with Scooby-Doo published by DC Comics, Dick has reached adulthood and has taken on the mantle of Nightwing, with Tim Drake replacing him as Robin.
