"A Coconut to Remember" is the fifth episode of Jellystone! season one. It aired on July 29, 2021 on HBO Max. It was written and directed by Hannah Ayoubi.
Jabberjaw's desire to become assistant manager of Magilla's clothing store leads her to accidentally knock him out with a coconut, giving him amnesia. When she realizes she can use this to her advantage, she keeps on doing it, allowing her to run the store completely.
