William Richard Werstine, known professionally as Billy West, is an American voice actor.

Other roles
West is most known for voicing Philip J. Fry, Zapp Brannigan, Hubert J. Farnsworth, and Zoidberg on the Fox animated sitcom Futurama. Before that he was also the voice of Stimpy on The Ren and Stimpy Show and Doug Funnie and Roger Klotz on Doug, both of which aired on Nickelodeon. He also provided the voice of Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd in the 1996 film Space Jam.
Behind the scenes
- In the DVD audio commentary for Futurama: The Beast with a Billion Backs, Michael Rowe, a writer for the special, just randomly brings up how "[guest actor] David Cross was on a Scooby-Doo episode as himself", which gets a big laugh from everyone, and Billy West responds in a Scooby voice, "Ravid Ross?"
