Space Stars is an American animated sci-fi anthology television series produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions for NBC's Saturday morning children's programming. It ran in 1981, airing 11 episodes that spanned one season.
The entire series has been released on DVD.

Legacy
In the 1988 episode of Fantastic Max episode "The Big Sleep," Space Ghost has a cameo flying the Phantom Cruiser, which is in the same redesigned look introduced in Space Stars.
In Freak Show," a 1996 episode of Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Commander Andy hijacks Space Ghost's talk show, with one of his request being a toy replica of the Phantom Cruiser, but not the "crappy Eighties version" from Space Stars.
In the 2020 film Scoob!, there's an arcade cabinet at the Funland Arcade that has a Space Stars arcade machine.
In "Girl, You My Friend!," a 2024 episode of the Jellystone! reboot series on Max, Elektra is the star of her own show.
