Michael Bell is an American film, television and voice actor. Bell was the voice of Duke in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Bruce Banner in The Incredible Hulk, and Chaz Finster and Drew Pickles in Rugrats.

Bell was a prominent voice actor for several animated series throughout the '70s to '80s. In 1972, his first cartoon role was Stutz, the leader of The Houndcats. He has since then voiced countless characters for various shows, including the following:

  • Doctor Octopus in Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends
  • Prowl, Sideswipe, Bombshell, and several others in The Transformers
  • Xamot, Blowtorch and numerous others in G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero

  • Lex Luthor in Ruby-Spears' Superman
