In popular culture
- William Moseley plays Wheeler in the 2011 live-action Funny or Die short Captain Planet with Don Cheadle. The Planeteers call on Planet to stop Hoggish Greedly, but are horrified when he goes a step too far by turning him into a tree. When Kwame speaks up, Planet turns him into a tree, too, and threatens the other Planeteers if they try and stop him. In part three, it is revealed that he turned her into a tree along with the rest of the Planeteers, except for Ma-Ti who he forces into being his servant.
