Behind the scenes
- The episode title is a play on/paraphrase of the title of the 1957 film If It's Tuesday, This Must Belgium, itself a play on/paraphrase of a 1957 New Yorker cartoon with a young woman frustratedly exclaiming, "But if it's Tuesday, it has to be Siena," humorously illustrating the whirlwind nature of European tour schedules.
