Happy Halloween, Scooby-Doo! is an American animated campy horror direct-to-video (DTV) film based on the TV series Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! in 1969. It was released by Warner Home Video on September 15, 2020. It was written, produced, and directed by Maxwell Atoms, and voice directed by Kris Zimmerman Salter. The film is the twenty-ninth installment in the Scooby-Doo 2-D animated direct-to-video film series.
