Smith is the current voice for Sonic the Hedgehog in the video game series of the same name since 2010 (succeeding Jason Griffith). Outside of video games, Smith has also voiced the character in the animated spin-off television series Sonic Boom, as well as in cameo roles in the film Wreck-It Ralph and its sequel Ralph Breaks the Internet.
