"Mindless" is the tenth episode of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law season three, and the thirtieth overall. It aired on September 25, 2005 on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. It was written by series creators, Michael Ouweleen and Erik Richter, produced by Evan W Adler, and directed by Richard Ferguson-Hull. The Hanna-Barbera series ridiculed in this episode is Top Cat.
Top Cat gets himself and Harvey arrested after he turns the latter's apartment into his own private casino. The "Mindless" part comes from a b-story with Mentok who misplaces the mind of Spyro with a dog after Spyro's case bored him.
