Chris Edgerly is an American voice actor, comedian and singer. He provided the voice of Peter Potamus on the Adult Swim series, Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, and Benny the Ball in the English language versions of Top Cat: The Movie and Top Cat Begins.
