Falcon 7 is a supporting character in the Birdman animated television franchise. He is Birdman's eyepatch-wearing superior and the head of Inter-Nation Security. His voice was originated by Don Messick.

In Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law, he goes by the name of Phil Ken Sebben, and is the boss and co-founder of the Sebben & Sebben law firm. Birdgirl has also been changed to be his daughter, who now goes by the name of Judy Ken Sebben.
