Steven Jay "Steve" Blum is an American voice actor known for his extensive work in various media since 1992, including Spike Spiegel in the anime series Cowboy Bebop, and Wolverine in various Marvel media.

Blum is recognized for his deep vocal tone, and as mentioned above, is famously known for the English voice of Spike Spiegel in Cowboy Bebop, and Wolverine since the 2000s. He is also known for the voices of Garazeb Orrelios in [[wikipedia:Star Wars Rebels|Star Wars Rebels]], TOM (Toonami Operations Module) as the primary host of the Toonami programming block, and Sub-Zero in the Mortal Kombat video game franchise.

Outside of Cowboy Bebop, some of Blum's dubbing credits in anime include Mugen from Samurai Champloo, Roger Smith from The Big O, Orochimaru and Zabuza Momochi in Naruto and Naruto: Shippuden; Guilmon, Mitsuo Yamaki, and Kenta Kitagawa in Digimon Tamers; and Shishio Makoto from Rurouni Kenshin.

In western animation, he is the voice of Heatblast, Ghostfreak, and Vilgax in Ben 10, Starscream in Transformers: Prime, Jamie from Megas XLR, Count Vertigo in Young Justice, the Green Goblin in The Spectacular Spider-Man, and Amon in The Legend of Korra.
