Clamhead is a member of the Neptunes who plays the bass, and is one of the main characters in the Jabberjaw animated television series. His voice was originated by Barry Gordon.

Character description

Clamhead has a slim build and cinnamon-brown hair. He wears a sailor hat, a sleeveless, orange diving suit with a zipper on the front of the upper half of his suit, yellow collar with a matching streak on the side of each pant leg, and yellow boots.

He is a young man who is best friends with Jabberjaw and plays as a bassist for The Neptunes. Clamhead tends to be either somewhat nervous or fairly impressed by new thing, and is generally calm and easy-going when he is in a good mood. His catchphrases are "Abba-abba-abba!" and "Wowee-wow-wow-wow!" (or some variation, commonly featuring the word "zowie") whenever he gets excited.

Harvey Birdman

The Chan Clan discovers that Jabberjaw and the Neptunes have stolen their hit single and decide to take their case to a higher power. When he's not available, they settle for Harvey.[1]

Mystery Incorporated

The Neptunes are invited to compete in the annual Teen Mystery Solvers' Convention, a weekend affair where sleuthing teams from around the country compete to solve a mystery. However, the mystery turns out to be the disappearance of the teams themselves. Scooby alongside Jabberjaw, Speed Buggy and Captain Caveman rescue the teen mystery solvers and save the day. In the end, it's revealed to be nothing more than a product of Scooby's dream.

Throughout the episode, with the exception of Jabberjaw, the Neptunes appear in non-speaking roles.[2]

Clamhead and the Neptunes make cameos in the musical number "Eating Time," where they appear in a re-used version of the original Jabberjaw intro.[3]
