Behind the scenes
- Zorket has won a Merrill award, which is an allusion to voice actor Andy Merrill, who assumed the role of Space Ghost villain Brak in the 1990s, beginning with the TV series Space Ghost Coast to Coast, before The Brak Show.
- The end of the story mentions the Council of Doom for the next issue.
Errors
Connections
- Zorket is a reimagining of Zorgat from the Space Ghost episode "Ruler of the Rock Robots," in which he was able to see his rock robots fully realized.
- Here, Space Spectre is a future version of Jace, but before this, he was Space Ghost's alternate universe doppelganger in "Space Spectre," a Space Ghost segment of the Space Stars anthology series. He mentions Tempus sending him back in time, another villain exclusive to Space Stars, in the segment "The Time Master."
