Detailed summary
Memorable quotes
Control Freak: What they really want are classic cartoons like Jonny Quest, Josie and the Pussycats, and Scooby-Doo. But they're never on because you keep on taking up all the time slots.
Robin: If those classic cartoons can't stand the competition, then they don't deserve those to be on television.
Cyborg: They're the coolest! I love you, Scooby-Doo!
Scooby: Aw, shucks.
Fred: Good luck.
Robin: I'm not shaking your hand! I don't trust a man who wears an ascot. What are you hiding, Freddie boy!
Fred: Nothing, I swear!
Shaggy: Like, who's Frank Welker?
Cyborg: Frank Welker is the voice actor behind all of my favourite cartoon characters. Megan from Transformers, Slimer from The Real Ghostbusters, Fred over there, and Scooby-Doo.
Scooby: Me?
Fred: Don't worry. There's no way our voices come from some guy named Frank.
Velma: We were inserted into this episode as a cheap ratings ploy, and the Teen Titans are merely trading on the Scooby Gang's good name.<br.
Shaggy: Like, I bet this Frank Welker guy would not approve.
Scooby: Uh-uh.
Robin: There is still one unmasking left to do!
Fred: Wait! No!
Mystery Inc.: Baron von Billford!
Baron von Billford: Yes, and I would have gotten away with it, if it weren't for you meddling Titans!
Daphne: Jeepers, Fred! How could you? Jeepers.
Fred: Look, gang, I was going to tell you...eventually.
Scooby and Beast Boy: Scooby Dooby Doo!

Behind the scenes
- This is the first time Mystery Inc. and the Teen Titans have teamed up; the first time was in Scooby-Doo! Team-Up #4. While it did use the same style and characterizations, this was purely for the needs of the story. Robin had previously appeared before more mature, calm and level headed in Super Friends and The New Scooby-Doo Movies, with this story explaining that Robin has changed because of the other Titans being around him instead of Batman. This also happens with Starfire when she appears in Scooby-Doo! Team-Up #43.
- Control Freak points out how much the Teen Titans air on Cartoon Network (which is never directly named), which is technically true. At its peak, Cartoon Network would devote its days to Teen Titans Go!
- Daphne says "Jeepers" four times.
- Velma says "Jinkies" once.
- Shaggy says "Zoinks" once; Scooby also says "Zoinks."
- Cyborg refers to Thomas Magnum from the 80s TV series Magnum P.I.
- Cyborg lists off some of Welker's credits, which are Megatron from Transformers, and Slimer from The Real Ghostbusters. From Cyborg's point of view, he's even the voice of Scooby and Fred.
- Sir Vey is based on the non-playable character who asks questions in Prodigy Math Game.
Errors
- No fan is asking for more Jonny Quest and Josie and the Pussycats to air on Cartoon Network, but Cartoon Network had either preempted (or rushed through) new episodes of Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated and Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! to the point where the latter was even dropped altogether during its first season.
