'"The Odd Pod" is the eighth episode of The Jetsons season three, and the seventy-first overall. It aired on November 6, 1987 in syndicated markets that featured The Funtastic World of Hanna-Barbera programming blocks. It was written by Barry Blitzer, and voice directed by Gordon Hunt.

George buys Jane a new plant called the Martian Creeper to win at the annual Garden Club show, but it has a mind of its own and is impossible to get rid of.
