Release
Dates are in order of release:
- United States: April 25, 2024 on Max
Behind the scenes
- The episode title is a play on the 1976 film Freaky Friday, which starred Jodie Foster.
- Takamoto Way is named after Iwao Takamoto, who drew the designs of Mystery Incorporated in the original Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! TV series in 1969.
- Amber is revealed to be non-binary, using "they/them" pronouns, making them the first time Scooby-Doo or any Hanna-Barbera-based production has had a non-binary character.
- Vincent is credited as "creepy coroner," while his partner is credited as "normal coroner."
Errors
- Velma tore down the religious flyer to see the Creaky Friday flyer when the latter was already visible before she started looking at the noticeboard.
- When Velma picks out her and Fred's balls, Daphne's full name is written on hers, but when Becca specifically picks hers out, only Daphne's first name is written.
- Natalia del Regio is credited for voicing Becca, even though she doesn't talk.
Legacy
- The coroners' bodies are found in the school library in "Burning Woman."
