Behind the scenes
- The title of the episode is a reference to Warner Bros.' 1997 Cats Don't Dance film.
- The opening theme gag is of Speed Buggy backing into a building.
- This episode reveals that Big H and Skids are girls in the Jellystone! universe.
- Oddly enough, Sheena and Zelda are not included in this series, this is either due to them being stereotyped or because they weren't really part of the King's group, although Zelda would later make an appearance in the episode, "Girl, You My Friend!"
- This is the first episode of Jellystone!, and the episode of a Yogi Bear series, where Yogi is absent.
- The King's nickname for Top Cat, Bottom Cat, was the writer/director's humor in thinking it was a funny innuendo for "butt."[1]
Errors
- Big H didn't have human-like fingers in the original incarnation, but it's possible that in the Jellystone! universe, Big H does have human-like fingers, that or it's just a mistake on the character designer's end.
- What was left of the King was eaten by Spooky, but what happened to his crew's remains?
