Detailed summary
Memorable quotes
Harvey: There's something about you. It's a good something, though. Definitely a good something.
Peanut: Thank you, Harvey.
Harvey: Don't worry. A night in the pokey never killed anyone. Builds character.
Fred: Listen, we've got a bit of a problem, the gang and I.
Harvey: Gang stuff.
Convict: Rot in hell, Birdman.
George Jetson: Daddy's gonna be home real soon.
Harvey: Now, which one of you is Shaggy?
Shaggy: Like, I am.
Harvey: Okay, that's your street name. What's the name your mom gave you?
Old Man Bakov: Oh, I would have succeeded, too... If it hadn't been for those--.
Harvey: These meddling kids.
Scrappy: Puppy power!

Filming
The police footage showing the sheriff inspecting Scooby and Shaggy in the Mystery Machine is in live-action, although it is positioned in such a way that Scooby and Shaggy are hidden from view, aside from Shaggy's arm sticking out the window.
There is also a fantasy sequence where a live-action Harvey chases after an actor in a Tab can suit. This was directed by Erik Richter.
Music
The music is composed by Michael Kohler.
Behind the scenes
- The episode is full of jokes about Shaggy and Scooby being stoned, and Harvey mistaking the kids being in a street gang.
- This is the first time Debbie is referred to by name by Harvey.
- While being an individual character, Peanut is modeled after Birdboy, Birdman's sidekick in Hanna-Barbera's Birdman series, giving somewhat of the illusion of an older Birdboy.
- Stephen Colbert is uncredited as C.L. Magnus.
Errors
- The sheriff is constantly referred to as "Officer."
- Charlie the robot is a real robot, instead of what is depicting here with a guy trying to get his helmet off.
Home availability
- This is free to watch on the US geo-restricted Adult Swim website.
