"Shaggy Busted" is the third episode of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law season one. It aired on July 7, 2002 on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. It was written by Michael Ouweleen and Erik Richter, and directed by Vincent Waller. The Hanna-Barbera series ridiculed in this episode is Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!
Shaggy and Scooby are put on trial for driving while under the influence of marijuana.

Filming
The police footage showing the sheriff inspecting Scooby and Shaggy in the Mystery Machine is in live-action, although it is positioned in such a way that Scooby and Shaggy are hidden from view, aside from Shaggy's arm sticking out the window.
There is also a fantasy sequence where a live-action Harvey chases after an actor in a Tab can suit. This was directed by Erik Richter.
