"Trading Chases" is the sixth episode of Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! season one. It aired on October 12, 2015 on Cartoon Network. It was written by Marly Halpern-Graser, directed by James Krenzke, and voice directed by Collette Sunderman.

Dan Aykroyd, an upper-class commodities broker, and Eddie Murphy, a street hustler, switch professions based on a bet--oh, wait, that's the plot to Trading Places. In "Trading Chases," Fred switches places with a tour guide to see who has the easier job.

Behind the scenes

  • Daphne refers to her puppet and wearing a fake beard, which happened in "Mystery 101" and "Poodle Justice," respectively. She also says she played the banjo, although this happened off-screen.
  • Velma has a fear of water during the chase number which was revealed in "All Paws on Deck."
