South Park is an American adult animated sitcom created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone and was developed by Brian Graden for Comedy Central. Since its debut on August 13, 1997, 300 episodes have been broadcast across 26 seasons. It additionally has a theatrical film, South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut, several specials made on Paramount+, and multiple video games.
The series follows the misadventures of four children—Stan Marsh, Kenny McCormick, Eric Cartman, and Kyle Broflovski—and their exploits in and around the titular town in Colorado. The series is famous (or rather, infamous) for its crude toilet humor, profanity, satirical jokes that cover a wide array of controversial topics, and the running gag of Kenny dying. It is also known for its large ensemble cast of recurring characters.
Captain Planet

Droopy

- "Crippled Summer:" Droopy is the inspiration for one of the handicapped kids at Lake Tardicaca.
Flintstones

- "Osama bin Laden Has Farty Pants:" When Cartman is in Afghanistan, he gets a taxi which is engineless and pulled by a mule, which he asks frustratingly, "God, what is this, the frigging Flintstones?"
- South Park: The Fractured But Whole: In the video game, Fred's loin cloth can be seen in a shirt rack at Sloppy 2nds.
Jonny Quest

- "Imaginationland, Episode III:" In the final battle, Jonny Quest takes the side of the good imaginary characters fighting the evil imaginary characters.

Laff-A-Lympics

- "Crippled Summer:" The Red and Blue Teams, as well as the "villain" team that cheats in the race, is very similar to the teams in Laff-A-Lympics.
The New Shmoo

- "Imaginationland, Episode III:" In the final battle, the Shmoo takes the side of the good imaginary characters fighting the evil imaginary characters.
Scooby-Doo

- "Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery:" In a parody of Scooby-Doo, Where Are You!, Father Maxi wanted to get rid of Halloween by trying to scare everyone with ghost pirates, just as nu metal band Korn rolls into town in their van resembling the Mystery Machine. They solve the mystery as if they were Mystery Incorporated. When kids greet meet them, they treat Korn as if they're guests out of The New Scooby-Doo Movies. Korn, Korn's van, the pirate ghosts, and their ship are modeled to resemble Hanna-Barbera's "cheap" designs, along with corny jokes to boot.

Smurfs

- "Imaginationland, Episode III:" A Smurf takes the side of the good imaginary characters in the final battle against the bad imaginary characters.
- "Dances with Smurfs:" In a cross between The Smurfs, and the movies Avatar and Dances with Wolves, Cartman integrates himself with the Smurfs in Smurfland to save them and the Smurfberries from Wendy, who fills in for Gargamel. He also tries to start a relationship with Smurfette, but has to prove himself to Papa Smurf. Clumsy warns Cartman that Wendy has found them, who gets her way by bulldozing the entire village and killing all the Smurfs in the process.
Super Friends

- "Super Best Friends:" A parody of the Super Friends featuring religious figures is shown, with a lineup consisting of Jesus Christ, Krishna, Joseph Smith, Lao Tse, Muhammad, Buddha, and Seaman & Swallow (the former of which is a parody of Aquaman). Due to the threats made against Matt Stone and Trey Parker involving the depiction of Muhammad, this episode is no longer viewable on South Park Studios, and is unavailable for streaming or purchase from online stores.
Quick Draw McGraw

- "Imaginationland, Episode III:" Quick Draw and Baba Looey are seen as part of the good imaginary characters in the final battle.
Wacky Races

- "Handicar:" CNN reports on the return of the Wacky Races on a Saturday morning in a battle of the future of car lift transporation between Lyft, Matthew McConaughey's Zipcar, Russian taxi driver, Hummer salesman, Elon Musk and his Tesla D, Neve Campbell and her fart-propelled concept car the Queef (dressed like Penelope Pitstop riding her Compact Pussycat), Timmy and his Handicar, a self driving car from Japan, and for some reason elderly versions of Dick Dastardly and Muttley just to cause some villainous mischief. This causes both national and international chaos and fear of what will become of the world, not to mention an impromptu last minute dash for everyone to rush out to their local supermarket and buy out all the cereal and milk. As is standard for every episode of Wacky Races, an unseen commentator provides coverage of who is in the lead and shows a map of their destination, with the twist of having to deliver passengers. Also included, are the logo, the intro, and backgrounds drawn in the classic style.

- South ParQ Vaccination Special: Dastardly and Muttley can be seen celebrating the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, being depicted with the same character models they had in their previous appearance.
Other
- "Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery:" Nibblet is meant to be a parody of the various animal sidekicks in Hanna-Barbera's mystery shows such as Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! and Jabberjaw.
