Penny is an anthropomorphic squirrel and one of the side characters in the Super Secret Secret Squirrel backup segments in the 2 Stupid Dogs animated television series. Her voice was originated by Kimmy Robertson.
Penny is an assistant for The Chief in the series and sometimes is only mentioned by name. She has a crush on Secret Squirrel.
Before the events of DC Comics' Secret Squirrel reboot in Scooby Apocalypse, Penny was a double agent who leaked Secret's identity to some bad guys after (presumably) seducing him.
