Behind the scenes
- Max lists this as a season 3 episode.
- The Chief and Penny who appear in the Secret Squirrel movie originally appeared in Super Secret Secret Squirrel, which aired as backup segments of the first season of 2 Stupid Dogs in 1993.
- This is the first Jellystone! appearance of The Roman Holidays.
- Their appearance references Nick Fury in the 2008 Marvel movie Iron Man, where he shows up in the post credits scene to set up the next film. This is also a jab at post credits scenes in general.
- Just like in the original cartoons, the Secret Squirrel movies are parodies of James Bond.
