Everlasting influence

  • Captain Hank Murphy watches a clip in the Sealab 2021 episode "Predator," which actually aired before, making this episode a preview of sorts for "Kentucky Nightmare."
  • Knowing that the fans would watch, regardless of whether or not it's worth watching, gave them the perfect excuse to reair this episode with three different audio commentaries: One is called "Mommentary," where the creators' mothers watch their sons' work, which aired on December 2, 2001; the second one called "Mommentary: Creator's Commentary," with the creators react to their mothers' commentary, airing on May 12, 2002; and a third version where the creators watch it again while eating jelly beans appropriately called "Mommentary: Jelly Bean," which followed the second. You have been warned. These can be also found on the DVDs listed below.
  • The producers try and be funny by celebrating Space Ghost Coast to Coast's ten anniversary by using the end credits of this episode for "Live at the Fillmore."
