Detailed summary
Memorable quotes
Narrator: Last week, in the city of Townsville. Average home. Average man--Harold Smith. Average family.
Bud: This family stinks.
Narrator: Average job. Average little secret. Average visit from not-so-average neighbors--The Powerpuff Girls. Average tension.
Buttercup: Villains are stupid.
Narrator: Average panic.
Blossom: Basically there's no villain around that could take us.
Harold: Oh, really? Average villain... Harold Smith.
Narrator: Average crime.
Harold: I'm going to take this ray gun and melt the Professor's head clear off his shoulders! Ha ha ha ha.
Narrator: Average dinner...
Blossom: Eat up, Harold!
Cop: What's going on in here?
Powerpuff Girls and Professor Utonium: He's got a gun!
Narrator: ...Ruined. Average wife.
MaryAnne: Those Powerpuff Girls ruined my dinner!
Narrator: Average anger. Revenge. The city of Townsville! A peaceful city with peaceful folks having peaceful fun. Eating peaceful food. Shine, peaceful city, shine. But what keeps this city shining with peace? Oh, come on. You know. No? Well, just look behind ya. That's right--The Townsville Correctional Facility. A place to correct the peacefully challenged... Like Harold Smith.
Narrator: Well done, girls. What a fitting end to such an unfit family. So once again, the day is saved, thanks to the Powerpuff Girls.

Release
Dates are in order of release:
- United States: April 28, 2000 on Cartoon Network
Behind the scenes
- This is a sequel to "Supper Villain," with clips of that episode used at the beginning of this episode as a recap. Although the narrator says it's only been a week since Harold was sent to the correctional facility (which doesn't say much about Townsville's legal system), this episode aired almost a year after "Supper Villain."
Errors
- Christine Cavanaugh and Tom Kenny are credited as prisoner #1 and priest, respectively. A priest appears but doesn't talk, while it's unclear who prisoner #1 was supposed to be since none of the prisoners talk.
