"Twister Sister" is the first part of episode eleven of The Powerpuff Girls season two, and the forty-fifth episode overall. It aired on May 26, 2000 on Cartoon Network. It was written by Amy Keating Rogers and John McIntyre, and directed by McIntyre and series creator, Craig McCracken.

The girls get tired of all the saving they have to do on top of their regular chores, so they create another sister.
