Detailed summary
Memorable quotes
Narrator: The city of Townsville--A bustling metropolis where the hustle and bustle of the city never ends, day in, day out. But by night, these hardworking citizens, tired, strained, and exhausted--fall deep into an internal slumber land.
Dog: Woof.
Narrator: What is it, boy?
Dogs: Woof. Woof. Woof. Woof.
Narrator: Who could be awake at this hour?
Mojo: Mwa-ha-ha-ha-ha! The Powerpuff Girls are moments away from their demise. When they unopen that box, I, Mojo Jojo, will rule the world!
Morbucks: Sit down, Mojo! You haven't defeated anyone yet. And when you present backfires, I'll have my chance to exterminate those brats.
Bossman: Yeah! And after Princess gets rid of ’em, then we’ll get rid of ’em with our present!
Slim, Junior: Yeah!
Mojo: Shut up! In a few moments, there won't be any presents. Whatever you have planned will be destroyed, along with the Powepuff Girls! Behold, the end is near!
Blossom: How about this one!
Him: (to Blosssom's ear) Ooh, girls, that one won't do… How about the strange-looking gift you didn't notice…
Blossom: (as if hypnotized) Or the strange-looking gift we didn't notice…
Girls: Oh, look, a piñata! Professor, can we play with it, please?
Professor: Oh, I don't know, girls. Someone might get hurt.
(Him appears behind and posesses the Professor)
Professor: But, what the heck…
Him: Why destroy, when I can torture with tooth decay? Ho-ho-ho-ho-ho!
Mojo: Oh, brother...
Morbucks: What a sore loser!
Slim: What else is on?
Stanley: Ha-ha-ha! And so once again, the day is saved, thanks to the Powerpuff Girls.
Narrator: Hey, buddy, that's my line. Let me show you how it's done, junior. Ahem. So, once again, the day is saved, thanks to...The Powerpuff Girls! Oh, I'm good.

Behind the scenes
- The Powerpuff Girls have three birthday candles on their birthday cake. Their age is unstated; it is unclear whether the number of candles is related. Although, it could just simply be because there are three of them, one for each girl.
- One of the guests looks like Princess Leia from the 1977 film Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope.
- The Narrator's usual ending catchphrase is spoken two times in this episode. The first time, the catchphrase is spoken by Stanley Whitfield before the Narrator tells him that the catchphrase belongs to him. As a result, the Narrator turns on his microphone, clears his throat, and says his usual ending catchphrase loudly and with an "echo" sound effect, making it look as it spoken through a loud microphone.
- Rainbow the Clown makes an appearance at The Powerpuff Girls' birthday party after having been imprisoned in "Mime for a Change." He most likely was released from jail and made up with the girls, who invited him to their birthday party.
