Speed Buggy is the mascot of the Speed Buggs and the main title character of the Speed Buggy animated TV series. His voice was originated by Mel Blanc.

In DC Comics' reboot, he came to life after a regular dune buggy was merged with Dr. Blanc.

In "Face of the Town!," Tinker wants to join the town race. Unfortunately, Speed Buggy behaves like a disobedient dog and instead chooses to lick a tree instead of racing.
