"Octi Evil" is the first part of episode three of The Powerpuff Girls season one, and the fifth episode overall. It aired on December 2, 1998 on Cartoon Network. It was written by John McIntyre and Zeke Kamm, and directed by Genndy Tartakovsky and series creator, Craig McCracken.

Him—a fearsome and diabolical demonic entity—talks through Bubbles's stuffed animal, Octi, giving her negative influnce and advice to split her sisters up.
