"Free Magilla" is the eighth episode of Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law season three, and the twenty-eighth overall. It aired on September 11, 2005 on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. It was written by Christine Bielinski, Michael Ouweleer, and Erik Richter, and directed by Richard Ferguson-Hull. The Hanna-Barbera series ridiculed in this episode is Magilla Gorilla.
An animal activist group kidnaps Magilla Gorilla from Peebles Pet Store, putting the heat on the store's owner, Mr. Peebles.
