Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law

Birdman is a superhero and title character in the Birdman animated franchise. His voice was originated by Keith Andes.

In Space Ghost Coast to Coast, his real name was revealed to be Harvey, if this can be believed. That name was adopted (as Harvey Birdman) and his character was further lampooned in his own full fledged adult series Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law.
