"Astro's Top Secret" is the twelfth episode of The Jetsons season one. It aired on December 9, 1962 on ABC. It was written by Tony Benedict, and produced and directed by William Hanna and Joe Barbera, the creators of the show and the co-founders of Hanna-Barbera Productions.

After Astro swallows Elroy's flying toy car, Mr. Cogswell gets him dognapped to figure out the secret, which he thinks Spacely will try to put him out of business with.

Development

When The Jetsons originally aired no title cards were present. The were only added when the series was revived in the 1980s, and the original episodes were given title cards for consistency. Notably, the all include Orbitty, who wasn't in the original series.
