Touché Turtle is an anthropomorphic turtle and the title character in the Touché Turtle and Dum Dum animated television shorts. His voice was originated by Bill Thompson.
Character description
Touché is a green turtle wearing a white musketeer hat with a magenta-colored plumage. He carries a fencing foil with a bent tip. The insides of his shell also carry a small emergency telephone, which would ring at the most inconvenient moments.
Touché is a brave and noble leader in his own right, but is not entirely competent as he is prone to face any accidents. He immediately takes on missions with his simple-minded follower, Dum Dum, and is clearly the smarter of the two.
