The Best of the Worst Cartoons Ever is an episode of ToonHeads that was originally going to be the first episode of season seven, and the eighty-sixth overall. The special was originally planned for a 2003 release, however, Warner Bros. didn't like how the special poked fun at their catalog from the 1970s to 1980s, and it went unaired.

Narrated by George A. Klein, the special featured picks of what was considered to be the worst side of the Hanna-Barbera, Ruby-Spears and Filmation catalogs, such as Scooby-Doo clones, failed 1970s cartoons, Filmation's Tom and Jerry, Hanna-Barbera's Tom & Jerry Show, and Filmation's Droopy, featuring a full showing of the short "Disco Droopy."
