"Moral Decay" is the first part of episode twelve of The Powerpuff Girls season three, and the seventy-first overall. It aired on February 9, 2001 on Cartoon Network. When Buttercup discovers that she can make some quick money by putting a tooth under her pillow for the Tooth Fairy, she goes around punching the villains' teeth out during fights.
