"Moral Decay" is the first part of episode twelve of The Powerpuff Girls season three, and the seventy-first overall. It aired on February 9, 2001 on Cartoon Network. It was written by series creator, Craig McCracken, and Lauren Faust, directed by Robert Alvarez and McCracken, and voice directed by Genndy Tartakovsky and Collette Sunderman.

When Buttercup discovers that she can make some quick money by putting a tooth under her pillow for the Tooth Fairy, she goes around punching the villains' teeth out during fights.
